DMV Title Clerk

Newburgh Toyota is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Bookkeeper who brings strong DMV titling and registration experience to the table. If your organized, reliable and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.!
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage DMV Paperwork including title transfers, registrations, and reporting
*Automotive bookkeeping
*Posting deals, commissions, paying off vehicles, and ensuring accurate financial entries
*Process vehicle sales, trad-ins, wholesale deals, and lease payoffs
*Ensure compliance with state DMV laws and dealership policies
*Work closely with the sales, finance and service departments
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership and bookkeeping experience
*Proven expertise in DMV titling and registration processes
*Experience with dealership management systems (e.g., automate, verifi, etc.)
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
*Excellent communication and organizational skills

Newburgh Toyota is seeking Automotive Sales Representatives. We are currently looking for career-minded individuals who are immediately available to start a full-time career as an Automotive Sales Representative. We will be filling MULTIPLE AUTOMOTIVE SALES ASSOCIATE POSITIONS!

Parts Counter Person

Job description

Desired : Knowledgeable, Accurate and Motivated

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

Prior parts counter experience

Dealership Experience is a huge advantage

Reliable transportation

High school diploma and clean driver's license

Appropriate general automotive knowledge

Ability to work full time, 5 days per week and every other Saturday

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to correctly look up, pull and invoice parts

Friendly, outgoing disposition with good people and telephone skills

Desire to be a team player and provide and exceptional experience to all of our valuable customers and technicians

Ability to fill in for wholesale parts delivery

Good computer skills
